He completed his residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Winthrop University Hospital, Mineola NY, where he served as chief resident and performed his fellowship training in hematopathology and molecular genetic pathology at Washington University – Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO. Dr. Klein previously served as laboratory director and chief medical officer of Molecular Pathology Laboratory Network in Maryville, TN. Dr Shoji is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and dermatopathology. He received his medical degree and doctorate from Toho University School of Medicine, Tokyo, Japan, and completed his residency training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Brown University. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Dermatology at Boston University under Dr Barbara Gilchrest, a fellowship in dermatopathology including 6 months of dermatology at Boston Medical Center under Dr Jag Bhawan, and a fellowship in surgical pathology at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine under Dr J.J. Steinberg. He has authored many articles on endocrine science, melanocytic lesions, and other adnexal neoplasms in basic science and clinical journals. Dr Shoji was an assistant professor of dermatology and pathology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He joined Labcorp pathology in 2000 and served as a medical director in dermatopathology and immunopathology before joining Laboratory of Dermatopathology, where he served as a director of immunopathology. In June 2009, he rejoined Labcorp pathology as a medical director of dermatopathology.

Dr Pigeon has held academic appointments at Harvard Medical School and the University of South Florida. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, the College of American Pathologists, the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology, the American Medical Association, and the Florida Medical Association.

Dr Wu is a diplomate of the American Board of Pathology in anatomic and clinical pathology and cytopathology. She received her medical degree from Guangzhou Medical College, Guangzhou, China. She was a research fellow at the University of Southern California Los Angeles County Medical Center. She completed residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of South Florida and fellowship training in oncologic surgical pathology and cytopathology at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute University of South Florida in Tampa. Dr Giebisch is board certified in anatomic pathology and cytopathology. She received her medical degree from Peking Union Medical College, Beijing, People’s Republic of China, and her doctorate in neuroscience from Cornell University Graduate School of Medical Sciences–Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She completed her residency training at Yale–New Haven Hospital and a cytopathology fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center Hospital, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Afterward, Dr Giebisch worked as an attending pathologist at Yale–New Haven Hospital. Before joining Labcorp pathology, Dr Giebisch was an assistant professor of pathology at the University of Connecticut Health Center.
