Dr. Chu is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. He received his medical degree from the Beijing Medical University, Beijing, China. Dr. Chu received his doctoral degree and completed general pathology residency training at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City. He completed a GI and liver pathology fellowship at the University of Washington Medical Center’s Rodger C. Haggitt Gastroenterologic and Hepatic Pathology Service in Seattle. Dr. Chu is the author of a number of manuscripts and abstracts on gastrointestinal and liver pathology.
